I rode this section from Renner to Alma on Tuesday evening both ways, once I discovered it was done, and have used it for commuting since Wednesday morning… it’s AWESOME! I no longer have to cross the Central access roads, the Renner Parkway stubout to Renner Road, then Renner Road to get on to the bike path on the west side of Alma, and then back across Alma near the TI entrance… Whew! All potentially dangerous crossings… the worst part of my 15 mile commute each way…. A BIG ‘THANK YOU!’ to the City of Richardson for this lovely urban bike trail and the safe passage it represents.
