		<description><![CDATA[Riding in Richardson daily, I&#039;d approve a Bronze level for sure if I was in the eval board.  I have excellent biking options from the south and the east AND the northwest into my workplace.  There&#039;s showers and two new bike racks at my workplace.  Our fitness coordinator is helping us put on a cycling skills class here at the building.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I can see that this could be construed in more than one way. As Brian said above, the intent was that the motor vehicle change lanes on multi lane roads, and on a two (2) lane road, allow the proscribed space -- 3&#039; or 6&#039; minimum.
