Green Richardson
We just wanted to point out a couple of cool things that we’ve been seeing around town.
Of course, we all know about the wild flowers that come in every spring. This year they haven’t been very hearty, but they’re still a nice treat on a Sunday morning ride.
We’ve also noticed a nice little initiative from the city and a few corporate sponsors. Several different road medians and greenbelts have been given a nice little tree upgrade through a program called Tree The Town.
Yes, things are looking good. And they will look even better when Omar’s trees are all planted.
Omar’s trees? I’m not familiar with those.
Where is that last photo taken? Spring Creek park?
Yes. Just off of the Routh Creek Road bridge.
nice ride, just got finished building up my singlespeed and been spinning around the Routh Creek bridge. good 18mile loop from my house down by glenville park. cant wait till more trails are completed, whats the chance of being able to get to white rock lake from richardson, is that gonna happen?
