Ride The Divide Movie Screening

Posted in Bicycle Events by dickdavid on August 30, 2010

Although we aren’t about sports or endurance riding, we do love to watch movies – and we really like to watch movies about bike riding. If you don’t mind taking a little trip down Central (or back-road route if you are biking) down to the Studio Movie Grill at Royal Lane on Tuesday, August 31 – you can catch the only Dallas screening of Ride The Divide.

As a special treat, Villy Customs will be there showcasing some of their fantastic custom cruiser bikes.

Date: Tuesday, August 31, 2010
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Studio Movie Grill (Dallas/Royal)
11170 N Central Expressway
Dallas, TX 75243

Here’s the trailer:

      I agree.

I missed the Dallas showing because it was the same night as the East Dallas Veloway presentation. Fortunately, iTunes has a copy for almost the same price as the movie ticket.

I wouldn’t mind touring the Divide – taking my time and shooting lots of pics. But a race, where you may end up riding alone, kind of freaks me out.
