Villy Customs is having their Grand Opening event which is coinciding with the Annual Cedars Open Art Studio Tours this coming Saturday. Please mark your calendar and come down to their new beachcruiser showroom and enjoy some food, drinks, music and some mouth-watering Gaufres (Belgian Waffles) made by Thuy at I Heart Gaufres. They will also have incredible Savoy Sorbet! All of the Cedars Art studios are “open to the public” from 12 pm – 6 pm so it will be like a festival down there!!

They have 10 beachcruisers you can jump on for a li’l spin around the neighborhood and shop mascot, DeVille will be there as their host. Bring yourself, your friends, your dog and come out for a good time.

Don’t Forget To Pick Up A Sunday Dallas Paper

Posted in BFR Misc, Bike Change, City Stuff by dickdavid on September 12, 2010

Today’s Dallas Morning News has two great articles that are a must read for local cyclists. The cover page has an interesting article about the 2011 Dallas Bike Plan. The Business section has a great article about Villy Customs.

If you don’t usually get the paper, you may want to swing down to your local news stand and pick one up.
